We received many applications from individuals that requested help, these people required assistance in terms of basic foods. They may include those who are self-employed, daily-paid employees, and odd-job workers, in urban and rural areas from a few states. They might be laid off, out of business, or unable to work where their income might be cut off as an impact of enforced MCO. These communities go through depression due to their life struggles, especially school children who are unable to attend online classes due to a lack of necessary devices.
